György Szilágyi, the party’s deputy leader, told a press conference on Tuesday: “We must do all we can to prevent the epidemic from spreading any further in Hungary.”
Jobbik demands that the government introduce measures to ensure that anyone arriving from Italy should self-isolate at home for two-weeks and enhance controls of road hauliers. Also, flights to and from China should be suspended, he added.
Szilágyi also called on Prime Minister Viktor Orbán to sack the minister for human resources, Miklós Kásler, insisting he was “unfit to manage the epidemic”.
