Refugees battle cold in Serbia and Hungary

An estimated 7,000 refugees are suffering due to icy temperatures in Serbia and Hungary, sheltering in abandoned warehouses or camping out in makeshift tents. Doctors Without Borders has described the situation as “worrying.”
